Welcome to Onyx Moto Labs. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms regarding our mobile mechanic services.
Onyx Moto Labs provides mobile motorcycle repair and installation services. A non-refundable $65 call-out fee is applied to all service appointments to cover travel and mobile lab setup within our specified Denver Metro service areas. If your location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., severe incline, unpaved dirt surface) upon arrival, the service may be canceled, but the call-out fee remains applicable.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service block may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the $65 call-out fee.
For bolt-on installations (exhausts, crash bars, etc.), the customer is responsible for providing the correct, complete, and undamaged parts. Onyx Moto Labs is not liable for fitment issues, missing hardware, or performance degradation resulting from aftermarket parts supplied by the customer. We warranty our labor, but not the parts themselves.
We take every precaution to protect your property, including the mandatory use of environmental spill mats. However, by permitting Onyx Moto Labs to operate on your property, you agree that we are not liable for pre-existing stains, damage, or issues arising from standard mechanical operations beyond our reasonable control.
We stand by our precision. Onyx Moto Labs provides a 30-day labor warranty on all services performed. This warranty covers issues directly resulting from our installation or maintenance procedures. It does not cover parts failure, regular wear and tear, or subsequent modifications made by the customer.
We specialize strictly in post-2000 and Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) motorcycles. If a technician arrives and discovers the motorcycle does not meet these criteria, or is in an unsafe/unworkable condition (e.g., severely rusted, crashed), we reserve the right to refuse service. The call-out fee will still apply.
